MedML is an application for training and evaluation of medical images for image segmentation. With simplistic GUI interfaces and being platform independent MedML provides flexible means of processing your data. It is as easy as: input your data folder -> Evaluate input data compatibility -> input training parameters -> Train -> Evaluation
