For example:
https://api.monarchinitiative.org/api/bioentity/HP:0002189 should return HP:0001262 as its current id

and https://api.monarchinitiative.org/api/bioentity/HP:0001262 should return HP:0002189 as an alt id

@iimpulse perhaps something like this already exists on the HPO API? Either way we want to generalize here to all ontologies used in Monarch.
