xform_brain should have an option for an additional registrations

These would normally be registrations that would be relevant to the sample space.
e.g. you might want to do
xform_brain("unregistered.nrrd", sample=IS2, ref=JFRC2, samplereg="IS2_unregistered_warp.list")
