Protein Sequence and 3D structure Analysis of Covid19

• Simulated a mathematical model visualizing the spread of COVID-19 with Ro=2.3 using Matplotlib, NumPy.

• Used Biopython library to carry out protein sequence and 3D structure analysis of all the amino acids in the DNA sequence of SARS-CoV-2 virus.
