Information

Proposed change:

The publication "Data Type" field doesn't seem to include an up-to-date enumerated list of assay type, which seems to be:

Bulk Methylation-seq
Bulk RNA-seq
CODEX
CyCIF
ExSEQ
H&E
HI-C-seq
IMC
Imaging
LC-MS3
MERFISH

MxIF
RPPA
RareCyte Orion
SABER
Slide-seq V2
mIHC
scATAC-seq

@alexeliotlash thank you for your patience as I pick this back up.... I want to make sure we are clear as to the expectations for these valid values.

Do we want

  • A list of components (eg scRNA-seq Level 1, scATAC-seq Level 3)
  • a list of top level components (eg scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, Imaging)
  • or a more granular list combined from top level component and platform/imaging tech where captured (eg from Platform or Imaging Assay Type attributes.

I think a list of top-level components would be fine. Thanks
