This repository contains the Nextflow tutorial for Elixir workflow workshop taking place on November 2021.
The simplest way to try out this tutorial consists accessing this repository via Gitpod cloud environment.
To access the virtual training environment make sure to have a GitHub account and a Gitpod account, then clicking on the following link:
