Summary

Hi,

I couldn't find any information about it, so I'm asking here. Is it possible to automatically derive the phase encoding direction from the JSON file into dir-{dir}?

I'm working on a dataset with variable and somehow confusing naming schemes between acquisition sites.

in current implementation the logic in heuristics or code doesn't have any ability to load metadata from sidecar .json files since heuristic runs before dcm2niix.
