header orientation direction data incorrect for 14/101 subjects in the Mindboggle-101 dataset

@BEL-CO is using Mindboggle data to test our tissue segmentation algorithm. We discovered that 14 of the MRIs in the Mindboggle101 catalog have incorrect orientation direction data in the image headers. When opened in a viewer, you can see that the axial slices are incorrectly shown in the coronal view.

Specifically, these are the datasets where we observed the issue:

  1. Extra-18_volumes
    1. HLN-12-1
    2. HLN-12-2
    3. HLN-12-4
    4. HLN-12-5
    5. HLN-12-6
    6. HLN-12-7
    7. HLN-12-8
    8. HLN-12-9
    9. HLN-12-10
    10. HLN-12-11
    11. HLN-12-12
  2. MMRR-21_volumes
    1. MMRR-21-1
    2. MMRR-21-21
  3. NKI-RS-22_volumes
    1. NKI-RS-22-16

Thank you very much for alerting me to this! I don't believe this should affect Mindboggle software, but I will look into this for the Mindboggle-101 dataset.
