Document deprecation of partial channel lists in webclient/render_image call

While ome/omero-web#443 is not changing the existing behavior of the render_image and render_image_region web API calls, one of the recommendations from the discussion was to deprecate the support for partial channel lists in the query string and requiring either a full channel list or no channel specifications at all.
Since there is no practical way to mark part of a web API call as deprecated, we should just add notes to the documentation of the respective calls.
