I can see this annotation in AmiGO

but not in PomBase?

Hi Val.

I think it's probably caused by this line in the legacy_go_from_contigs log file:

line 186: can't find term with ID: CHEBI:46245

I've added CHEBI:46245 to pombe-embl/mini-ontologies/chebi.obo so it should be OK in the morning.

I can see this annotation in AmiGO

I think that's a different annotation: has_input(CHEBI:52971) instead of has_input(CHEBI:46245).
