CI will fail at the end of this month

Multiple of our GitHub action dependencies rely on an old API that will be deprecated at the end of this month, e.g. 8c6794b6/hpc-codecov-action#2

I suggest we wait for the maintainers to become active and fix this. If the actions do not get fixed, then we have to replace them. For now I want to avoid this work, though.

This was fixed -- at least for hpc-codecov-action. I close this, because the action obviously works.
