Assortative association in red knot residence patches

Project Status: Abandoned – Initial development has started, but there has not yet been a stable, usable release; the project has been abandoned and the author(s) do not intend on continuing development.

This repository is the source for a project to idenify residence patches from high-resolution tracking data from individual red knots Calidris canutus islandica, and study whether associations are assortative on individual traits.
