references in tables

need to copy from word tables manually --> check which fail. --> manual fix
This does not seem to be technically possible right now. The references are not interpreted in the kable tables.
Solution found for Latex. Will see what can be done for the html tables.
For PDF I found a work-around that is a bit ugly but works: haozhu233/kableExtra#214.
This work-around won't work for html as it uses Latex.
For html though I couldn't find a good solution. I asked around and it was suggested to use RefManageR
instead. That seems to work in the DT::datatable
we use for html at the moment.
The downside is that all normal references needs to be changed to something like: `r Cite(zbib, "tang_development_2016")`
.
@sneumann thoughts?
Edit: It might be possible to use kable
for the html version too. It might not have the same problems as kable
with pdf but I am not sure. Then we loose the nice searchable tables.
