example notebooks need updating to explain the min window size and crop function. Also to migrate to collab #25, #26

It looks like it's not possible to create the colab notebook with the package installed

Normally (i.e. for other cloud services) you can create hidden env variables to hide the secret token to pull the private repo. If we make it public it should be possible to run completely in the colab and users can connect their Gdrive to run the data.

@Phlair I'm not sure if you have any ideas for this?

*It is possible for the user to pass a token for now which can be changed at a later date to HTTPS into the private repo. I think I'm just gunning to make it open source ;)
