rtsp/video/camera ->(h264/mjpeg) -> mppvideodec -> (nv12) -> rga videoconvert -> (rgb) -> appsink
appsrc ->(opencv process rgb) -> rkximagesink
Assume:
- rga = /dev/video0
- camera = /dev/video1
- videofile = /usr/local/test.mp4
