support rosstack contains in wet package

I'd like to know if you plan to support rosstack contains in wet package

rosstack only works for wet packages to the degree absolutely necessary for backward compatibility (to keep dry stuff on-top still building/working).
Since the wet world does not have stacks anymore further support is not planned.
