I would like to raise an issue regarding the minimum read length used for the plant genome sample sequenced on PromethION. Could you please clarify what the default minimum read length parameter is in SMARTdenovo? Additionally, I would appreciate any recommendations on the optimum parameter settings, specifically for the minimum read length, for this sample.
