Code to regenerate functional flow metrics and accumulation stats
We downloaded the NHDPlus attributes with a custom script, and then filtered to the COMIDs associated with the revised Little Shasta River. There are many variables that the NHDPlus_accumulated attributes contain (see ScienceBase site here for full download).
