"-r TSS shape" with -r bed option (Specific TSS on a bed file)

Hello!
I'm trying to understand how to reproduce the "-r TSS" clean shape using a bed file with specific TSS i am interested in.

I've tried different "sizes" of TSS:
-1200/+500
-1200/+1200
-5000/+5000

But it doesn't seem to be so smooth and clean as it should be.
