CHECK error on Windows testthat: dims [product 86616] do not match [43308]

Hi,
On http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/mzR/machv2-checksrc.html
we are getting the following error, which I vaguely recall to have seen before:

  1 Test Suite : 
  mzR RUnit Tests - 39 test functions, 1 error, 0 failures
  ERROR in test_writeMSData: Error in object@backend$getPeakList(scans) : 
    dims [product 86616] do not match the length of object [43308]

P.S.: Indeed the previous error was #196, back then on macOS and confirmed by @jorainer . Unfortunately we didn't get to the bottom of it, and back then things fixed themselves without our intervention.
