The wheels are moving...
- More sensible landing page so users aren't confused about what repo to use - just has a lonely readme now with explanation
- Release branch created - 1.1-eloquent
- Bloom the release in eloquent
- Local branch 1.1-eloquent is sync'd to sophus/master (Oct 13, 2019)
- Builds/tests in a ROS2 eloquent workspace - bugfixes not required
- Bump to a version that makes sense - 1.1.0 since there have been minor api changes
- Upstream PR to address versioning requirements for release - strasdat#232
- Wait for 1.1.0 tag in upstream
- Release from upstream

Aging out the last two tasks - upstream didn't end up making a tag and not worth chasing them if I can do it here.
