missing CMakeLists?

I'm not using catkin build in my laptop atm, and when I do catkin_make, I get
CMake Error at /opt/ros/indigo/share/catkin/cmake/catkin_workspace.cmake:116 (add_subdirectory):
The source directory
/home/bruno/devel_ws/src/planning_tutorial
does not contain a CMakeLists.txt file.
