[MOS] `qsrs_for` does not work well in the call with multiple qsrs

Reminder to myself.
This cannot be done till PR #107 is merged.
Change this and this to make MOS compliant in a multiple QSRs call when qsrs_for are given as a list of tuples.
Alternatively, might want to use the namespaced dynamic_args for qsrs_for also, which is another headache to implement while maintaining compatibility with the current way or break compatibility.
