This issue is for PRs related to making the Chado Prepare steps work in Tv4. This is part of group 2 (issue #2 )

Here's what needs to be done to finish out the Chado Prepare Task
- Add custom tables
- Add materialized views
- Load ontologies
- Populate mview
cv_root_mview - Setup the semantic web tables
- Map chado CVs
- Populate mview
db2cv_mview - Create default content types

Just FYI... I'm currently working on getting the MViews working with the Chado prepare step.
