Description
Running pop_artmwppth through gui or scripting will not remove a flagged epoch after review if the epoch marked is the first epoch and the only epoch marked, or if all flags are removed.
Steps to Reproduce
Remove all flags after detection.
#### Expected behavior: Flagged epoch(s) are updated; removing the flags in EVENTLIST and/or EEG.reject
#### Actual behavior: Nothing
