Output intermediate ORFs

Is it possible to output all ORFs, even shorter ORF with same STOP but different START codon. I am interested in this because I am doing research on small ORFs and it is necessary to detect all possible ORF. As an example:

instead of only the longest ORF
pORF+ 11 77 + 66 CTG TGA

I need this report
pORF+ 11 77 + 66 CTG TGA
pORF+ 29 77 + 48 ATG TGA
pORF+ 35 77 + 42 CTG TGA

Later I will map reads and detect which small ORF is the most likely one.
