This repository contains the sequencing data for our 2019 Nature Communications paper.
The file sequencing-data.json contains a mapping:
Experiment type -> experiment instance -> index -> list of paths
where the paths refer to paths under the sequencing-data directory.
The "276000-unique" experiment used the following primers:

The rest of the experiments used the following primers:
