Materials for the lake Como school
You can run cells in the Jupyter notebook (network_motifs_como) by pressing SHIFT + ENTER in any cell that contais code, and go through the notebook from top to bottom. If you do not have Jupyter Notebook installed, then you can access the notebook through Google collab and log in with your Google account: colab.research.google.com/github/clarastegehuis/lake_como_school
The other two files are network data sets that you can test on in the notebook.
