fanc compare return invalid value encountered in double_scalars

here is my command:
fanc compare case_balance_100000.mcool@100kb ctrl_balance_100000.mcool@100kb
case_vs_ctrl_100000.cool -c 'fold-change' -S -l
but I got this error:
fanc/architecture/comparisons.py:343: RuntimeWarning: invalid value encountered in double_scalars
return weight1 / weight2
