Building

Building/running simulations

mkdir -p work/src
cd work/src
git clone --branch veins-5.0 https://github.com/sommer/veins veins
cd ../../
sudo singularity run -H work:/work -C singularity-veins.sif --chdir src/veins -- ./configure
sudo singularity run -H work:/work -C singularity-veins.sif --chdir src/veins -- make -j$(nproc)
sudo singularity run -H work:/work -C --net --network none singularity-veins.sif --chdir src/veins/examples/veins --launchd -- ./run -u Cmdenv
head work/src/veins/examples/veins/results/General-\#0.sca

Alternatively the following commands can be used:

mkdir -p work/src
cd work/src
git clone --branch veins-5.0 https://github.com/sommer/veins veins
cd ../..
sudo ./singularity-veins.sh src/veins/ -- ./configure
sudo ./singularity-veins.sh src/veins/ -- make -j$(nproc)
sudo ./singularity-veins.sh src/veins/examples/veins -- ./run -u Cmdenv
head work/src/veins/examples/veins/results/General-\#0.sca
