Remove KUKA from manipulation (or at least correct the phrasing)

Similar to #70, #71 and #72.

KUKA appears twice on this list: once as a company (which was updated as part of #70) and once under Manipulation.

Current description:

The company uses the ROS Manipulation stack (MoveIt) in the LBR/LWR

and then a reference to ros-industrial/kuka_experimental.

There is indeed a MoveIt configuration for the LBR in that repository, but is this sufficient to state "the company uses"? KUKA definitely doesn't use anything but KUKA-developed software in/with/on their LBRs (nor any of their robots).

If the only evidence of "use" is again a package in a community supported OSS repository, I would suggest to remove KUKA from the Manipulation list there.
