Report shortened output, e.g. one line

Add additional reporting outputs like nanoq does, so you could have full report, or 1-line version, or more. This would help when running cramino in a script to generate output for multiple .bam files.

Thanks for asking nicely, the latest release (v1.0.0, in a few minutes) adds a --format option, which is text (by default), tsv, or json
