[BUG] TenetoBIDS - space-XXX and suffix should be removed from bids_filter if calling make_parcellation

after calling make_parcellation with teneto bids space is removed from filenames (because files are no longer in that space). But at present, bids_filter will keep the space.

Similarly: Suffix should be removed.

Fixed in 0.5.1 (currently on develop branch)
