[Help] can't change the frame rate

Thanks your solid work very much!

But it seems one question. I can't change the frame rate by the frame rate in the zed_cpu_ros.launch file.

Whatever the value of frame rate in the launch file, the frequency is about 4.6.

Do you know the possible problem?

Try set it with the '.' suffix.
For example: 10.0
