ImageJ Macro scripts for counting number of cells.
Note: This scripts is not aimed for general use. It's just a demo to show how to run Macro in ImageJ to count cells.
Usage:
- Step1: Change the name of directory in mainMacro according to your system.
- Step2: Open ImageJ. Plugins -> Macros -> Run... Select mainMacro.
- Step3: Results are summarized in record.
- Step4: Adjust the threshold in mainMacro.
