e.g. see page 48 (Annotation lab, R output), 242/243/245/249/251 (Cytoscape lab, imported graphics)

Note, these look fine in the HTML version. E.g. see in cytoscape for correctly sized figures. Section 3.4.32 of annotation uses a sliding box for wide text. )

Will close this and refer to #59 and #60 since text and images are two separate issues requiring separate solutions.
