BroadSoft-Xtended/Product-Phone-for-Chrome
This is an open source product called the “Phone for Chrome” that only works with a service provider hosting BroadSoft’s UC-One platform. It is a Chrome application that can be used to make voice and video calls.

4 - Call Forwarding needs a check box, since we don’t have it in the drop down. Just add one like we have for mobility and use that to set the on-off state of the service. This is probably easier than adding the logic for the drop down at this point.
