Which YAGSL are you using? This one? The vendordep or the one in YAGSL-Example?
UserC2 commented
I am using the vendordep.
I tried it with YAGSL-Example with a modified configuration (to set absolute encoders to none) and the issue still occurred.

I see I've put this issue in the wrong place.
Do you want me to move it to YAGSL or can you do that?

Its fine, I moved it to the correct place. (YAGSL-Example). I just pushed an update to fix this. Try it again and let me know if it works please!

The motors spin as expected using the example code with the modified configuration, however I wasn't able to get the change to appear using the vendor library.

Thats fine, i need to increment the vendor version.
