Error in Running SelectTFs

Hi,Sorry to bother you. When I run SelectTFs function, I met the following error: Error in cor.test.default(mat1[x, ], mat2[x, ]) : not enough finite observations.
I don't know what went wrong, any suggestions?

Hi,

This message is basically saying that there is something wrong with correlation estimation.

Can you check the estimated matrix and see if they were correctly generated?

sorry, the data is unpublished. But I guess it was the poor data quality of snATAC-seq.
