Bump (in addition to Normal)

Having a bump map is really required for a lot of applications and it is in addition to the normal map. This is especially important for skin where you want a repeating pore texture with a larger macro normal texture for the face wrinkles. Otherwise you have to choose between wrinkles or pores in your material and that is a bad choice to have.

The other reason for Bump is the same reason I mentioned it in the Clear Coat Bump issue (#9) -- efficiency. A bump map is on average 5x more space efficient than a normal map.
