Implement invisibility stamina for the basi.

In addition to the current invis requirements, the basi must have invis stamina (making use of MISC_MISC). Invis stamina starts full. invis stamina recharges while not moving forward/back/left/right nor while jumping nor taunting. Invis stamina drains at a gradual rate while walking slow, invis stamina drains at a faster rate while moving at full speed. Adv basi would have better invis stamina stats.
