FunMappOne

A user-friendly graphical interface that allows to visualize and summarize the functional annotations of one or multiple molecular biology experiments at once.

Running the FunMappOne Docker image (suggested)

If you don't have docker installed on your system you can install it by following the instructions at https://www.docker.com/get-docker.
