[FEATURE] ROS2 Implementation

Clear and concise description of the improvement
I think it would be nice to add ROS2 Implementation to Hydra for this robotics application
Relation to a paper or application (it's useful for us to understand how Hydra is potentially being applied):
As the GPUs are improving these days, Ubuntu 20.04 have problems on newer hardware. For my Nvidia RTX 4090, Ubuntu 20.04 cannot adjust brightness and doesn't have sound output but Ubuntu 22.04 works well so I upgraded to 22.04. I think a lot more people are upgrading to 22.04 for all kinds of reasons. However, ROS1 doesn't officially support Ubuntu 22.04 and it requires a lot of hacking to get ROS1 running well on a Ubuntu 22.04 computer. I think it would be natural to implement a ROS2 version of this repo for future development.
Is this something you would be comfortable contributing yourself? Is there any additional information that would enable the contribution of this feature?:
Sorry, this job is too much for me to finish. I would have to reply on you guys!
