Consensus vs Haplotypes synteny analysis

NGenomeSyn is a sophisticated and highly configurable pipeline. Including it here has two motivations:

  1. Providing a QC tool
  2. Providing a visualisation tool

QC is already provided by MUMMER/CIRCOS, MUMMER/DOTPLOT and MINIMAP2/PLOTSR.

For visualisation, NGenomeSyn should be used directly to utilise its full configurability.
