VM for SFN18

Hi @mjtravers
cc: @satra , @yarikoptic , @jbpoline

I was told that we are not creating a new VM, and we will be using the OHBM one. Could you please confirm that this link contains the latest version: https://training.repronim.org/reprotraining.ova

Want to be sure that we're all testing the same one

Also see #4 where I added it under annex -- needs feedback

ok, let me know when the new vm is under the link

what do you mean @djarecka ? the VM to be tested and probably to be used is the old OHBM one AFAIK. So no need to wait. that #4 is just to reference it via git-annex

@yarikoptic -oh, ok, sorry didn't read the PR carefully, thought that you added something to the vm.

@mjtravers
I think

sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install -y git-annex-standalone; pip install --upgrade datalad[full] datalad-neuroimaging datalad-container

should be sufficient! Thanks!

@yarikoptic
I made the datalad upgrade to the python packages in the conda environment: section2
The other sections don't appear to need the upgrade.
Here's the new ova: https://training.repronim.org/reprotraining.ova
When you give it a green light, I will alert JB the VM is ready.

thanks @mjtravers , downloading to test

FWIW, reran http://onerussian.com/tmp/rerunall.sh script within, which should be what we have in those reproin/datalad sections -- seems to work correctly all the way. So we might be all set to go on that end, unless something else to be done for other sections?

@jbpoline No one has chimed in with additional updates to the VM so it is posted and ready for downloading. The instructions are in the repo README: https://github.com/ReproNim/sfn2018-training

Here's the download URL: https://training.repronim.org/reprotraining.ova

@mjtravers @djarecka @yarikoptic Great - sorry I missed this and sent an email - will advertised the ova asap :)
