Goal: Pretty similar to exercise 6 for software-training. Just replace the one found here and test it. Make sure to add the option (rosparam) that if race start has been detected, to just break out of image callback.

Files Edited (at least): rr_iarrc/src/startlight_watcher/startlight_watcher.cpp

Success Criteria:

  • Node parameters configurable through the launch file
    • Control img_topic, and stoplight_watcher_topic
  • Can choose if it dies after publishing the race start
  • Test it on cloud start light bag files
  • With the Urban Challenge Simulation Start Light
