What container needs an update?

There's a new AMRFinder database! https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pathogen/Antimicrobial_resistance/AMRFinderPlus/database/3.12/

I may get to updating the AMRFinder database, but I won't be offended if someone beats me to it.
