How to deal with conflation in NameRes

1. Generate only the conflated set of synonyms (quickest thing for September)
2. Maintain a conflation list and merge it on the output (would require a second query to Solr for the identifier)

• Maybe not too bad if we only need to do this for the top 10-100 results as requested.
