New VLP model cannot be created

Using the new way of initializing VLPs, the code hangs whenever making a new VLP, unable to ^C out

Dataset probably too big? or did not provide test_celltypes

@RK900 what was the issue? What line is it hanging on?

See code above, it gets stuck on VLP(data). It runs fine if I specify cells and targets.

We should investigate this, it sounds like something is broken
