Hi, i want to know the detail information about .assembly file. For example,
could you tell me some details like .hic data format. in my view, the .assemly file contains the draft.fasta contigs name and length, but the end of number which i don't know. This can help me lot, If you can tell some about that information. Any incoming help would be appreciated so much! @theaidenlab
